CT Future Stars is a basketball organization designed for boys and girls, ages 10 to 17. CTFS is a not for profit (501-c3) and a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

The most important point that can be made for the Gauchos & Teamwork Foundation, Inc., is that this is not an experiment, a theory, or simply an idea: it is a program that works and is working. It is a program that has been responsible for sending thousands of young people to college and on to a better way of life. The need cannot be ignored. We hope that this program is a template for the future, for other urban areas.
